Mix thoroughly. Store in tightly covered container in a cool dark place. May be kept for several weeks before losing flavor.

Apply liberally to all meat surfaces the night before cooking. Put meat in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight.

Next day apply again and allow meat to come to room temperature (about two hours before putting on BBQ). (This is enough for about 2 Boston Butts.)
